If you need help, we need to know more about the phone and the settings. Which cellular carrier? What country are you using it in? Any recent system updates? What version of iOS is currently installed? Have you tried a system reset/reinstallation? Impossible to help without more information.

“iphone 7 plus broken wifi antenna”

I won’t duplicate the web here, but it’s a common failure which new techs seem to have a hard time accepting.

      Tech steps:
      1. Factory reset phone after owner acknowledges they have backups of what they can’t lose. NO BACKUPS? NO DATA!
      2. Re-test. If it fails on WiFi swap the above component because it’s cheaper than a refurb from Apple.
